AIIMS Delhi Junior Resident Recruitment 2025 का पूरा selection process Online Merit-Based Counselling पर आधारित है। Candidates का चयन उनकी merit, preference और counselling performance के आधार पर किया जाता है। नीचे पूरी selection प्रक्रिया को आसान भाषा में समझाया गया है।
1. Merit List Formation (मेरिट लिस्ट कैसे बनेगी?)
AIIMS में Junior Resident पदों के लिए merit list तीन लेवल पर तैयार की जाती है:
AIIMS Delhi MBBS Graduates को First Preference
AIIMS Delhi से MBBS करने वाले candidates के लिए merit उनके professional exams के aggregate marks के आधार पर बनाई जाती है।Other Candidates (Non-AIIMS Graduates)
इनके लिए merit INI-CET PG January 2026 Session Rank पर आधारित होगी।Candidates Without INI-CET Rank
जिन candidates के पास INI-CET rank नहीं है, उन्हें उन candidates के बाद रखा जाएगा जिनके पास rank है।
उनकी merit MBBS aggregate percentage पर आधारित होगी।
(Foreign graduates के लिए यह percentage MCI Screening Test से लिया जाएगा।)
2. Online Counselling (ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग प्रोसेस)
AIIMS की counselling पूरी तरह online होती है और combined merit list के order में चलती है।
Counselling strictly merit order में होगी।
Candidates को वही department allot होगा जो उन्होंने application में preference list में भरा है।
Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) को counselling के दौरान UR + Reserved दोनों seats चुनने की अनुमति होती है।
यह प्रोसेस transparent और fully automated होता है।
3. Final Allotment & Joining (फाइनल अलॉटमेंट और जॉइनिंग प्रक्रिया)
Counselling में seat allot होने के बाद:
Candidates को original documents verification के लिए प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
PwD category candidates के लिए medical fitness आवश्यक है।
AIIMS चयनित candidates की original degree certificates को tenure पूरा होने या no-dues clearance तक सुरक्षित रखता है।
